All forms are completed prior to Day One!
You have the flexibility of creating multiple form groups. This enables you to deliver different forms to different groups of employees. Questions on the forms can be configured as mandatory or optional. To improve consistency and accuracy, create your answers in a drop down list format. This means there's no more need for paperwork, or filling in forms on day one! All forms are electronically completed on the platform. The final stage of the forms process is for your new employee to upload any documents you have requested from them.
